SLIME CARE GUIDE
Hey there, slime lovers! 🌈 Keeping your slime in tip-top shape is super important. Here’s how to take care of it like a pro!
 Washing Your Hands:
- Always wash your hands with soap and water before and after playing with slime to keep everything clean and safe.
- Avoid using hand sanitizer, as it can break down the slime.
Fixing Sticky Slime:
- If your slime is too sticky, make your own activator using the borax packet included with your order (this packet contains one teaspoon of borax).
- Mix the teaspoon of borax with one cup of warm water until fully dissolved.
- Add a tiny bit of this solution to your slime while kneading it in, starting with just a small amount to avoid overactivating it. Repeat as necessary until the slime reaches your desired consistency.
- For a quick fix, use our FROG JUICE activator spray!
Fixing Overactivated Slime:
- Overactivated slime feels hard and crumbly, and it may break apart when stretched.
- To fix it, add a few drops of warm water and knead it in.
- For extra softness, you can also use glycerin, lotion, or hand soap—again, start with a small amount to avoid stickiness.
Dealing with Add-In Fallout:
- It’s common to experience fallout from add-ins, especially with floam slimes.
- To minimize fallout, you can add a small amount of unscented lotion and knead it a little bit at a time until the desired texture is achieved.
- Be aware that using lotion may make your slime stickier, and scented lotion may change the smell of your slime.
Storing Your Slime:
- Place your slime in an air-tight container to prevent it from drying out.
- Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to avoid melting.
