Shipping & Processing

You will receive all your ordered items, a slime care sheet, a packet of borax to make activator with instructions, and a couple of little surprises!

If you ordered 3 or more slimes during our current promotion, you will receive a bottle of our FROG JUICE Activator Spray, and a Sticky Frog Squishy!

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the current time. We currently ship anywhere in the United States and its territories.

We hope to offer this service at a later date.

We ship all of our packages with USPS Ground Advantage. They are typically delivered in 2-5 days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Most orders are packaged and shipped the day after we receive them. If order volumes are high, our processing times can take up to 5 business days. We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays.

This is very common with all slimes. They melt over time and require periodic reactivation. The time in transit and warmer weather can add to this. It is an easy fix.

Returns & REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.

We do our best to package our orders carefully so they can arrive in excellent condition. We also double check every order to insure you get exactly what you wanted.

Although rare, we know mistakes can happen, so please check your order carefully when it arrives. If you have any problems, please reach out to us on our CONTACT PAGE so we can do our best to make it right.
